Paul Eckstein's practice is focused on civil litigation (including appellate matters) involving commercial, legal malpractice, constitutional, Indian law and political law issues. He also frequently serves as a mediator and arbitrator. He also teaches Constitutional Law at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. 
 

Mark Larson

What strategies has Mark Larson perfected to settle huge litigation matters worth hundreds of millions of dollars?
Mark Larson is the former Vice President & Chief Litigation Counsel for Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix, Arizona. Before he went in-house, he was a litigation partner at Hogan & Hartson (now HoganLovells) in Washington, D.C.
Mark has also served as a federal prosecutor with the Office of Independent Counsel, where he investigated and prosecuted allegations of bribery, corruption and influence-peddling in the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development during the Reagan Administration.
Mark has a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. in International Relations from Brigham Young University.
